I founded the ICA over 20 years ago first for personal reasons. First, my late husband was diagnosed with vascular dementia and also because I was able to appreciate the need to elevate the standards in dementia care and services. I have dedicated my entire career to relentlessly pursuing that mission and change the course of dementia care.
