The Certified Advanced Transactional Dementia Intelligence Train-the-Trainer program (ATDIT) empowers qualified professionals to pursue certification as instructors, enabling them to share their expertise and knowledge within organizational settings, academic institutions, or private practice environments.
 
Curriculum Content
  1. Origin of Transactional Analysis theory by Eric Berne, MD
  2. Properties of ego states (6 personalities in each individual)
  3. Effective and ineffective ego states, right and left brain of someone living with dementia
  4. Taking responsibility for your position in life and especially at work
  5. How to effectively communicate with someone living with dementia
  6. What is a symbiosis and why form a symbiosis with the person living with dementia
  7. Hard wired feelings in the brain, identify them 
  8. Ideal and ultimate goal for the dementia caregiver 
  9. Immediately applying Lord's Theory at work
  10. The need to keep learning and recertifying in dementia care
  
Fieldwork and More:  
Upon graduation, you will continue to receive valuable educational resources, including articles and supplementary materials, to support your ongoing professional development. To ensure the highest standards of practice and to maintain the currency of your skills, annual recertification (for a small fee) will be required for a minimum period of five years, with the option to continue beyond this timeframe should you choose.
